Hope is where the heart Is, change starts with us...

Behind the Scenes

GENEQU was founded by 13-year-old Feliciaa Baldner in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Feliciaa is a youth advocate and changemaker who believes in women's empowerment and building a gender-equal world. A daughter of a single immigrant woman, she has seen first- hand the struggles a woman goes through in her pursuit of equality. Inspired by her mother's struggles, Feliciaa created GENEQU, a platform to promote, educate and create awareness among all genders for equality and balance.

Our Roots, Vision, Mission & Values

Here at GENEQU, we know that sometimes all it takes to change the world is a strong genuine desire. Since our founding in 2020, we have been determined to make an impact. The core of our efforts is to amplify the voices in support of Gender Equality and remove the barriers that are in the way of girls and women. Our foundation brings this passion to the range of advocacy efforts and events we’re involved in.
